Clearing the Browser Cache

Close all browser windows and reopen one window.

On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

In the Browsing History section, click the Delete button.

In the Delete Browsing History window:

1. Ensure that there is no check next to Preserve Favorites website data (if it's checked, remove it).

2. Ensure that there is a check next to Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History.

Then, click the Delete button.

Click the OK button to return to the browser window, then close and reopen the browser window.

In the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Cookies button, then click the OK button.

In the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button, check theDelete all offline content box, then click the OK button.

In the History section, click the Clear History button, then click the OK button.

Click the OK button to return to the browser window, then close and reopen the browser window.
