Expanding Searches to Include Archived Data
Availability of Inactive Quotes
Intel manages its data with the help of archiving rules. These rules determine how often data is moved from active status to an archive area. If you are looking for data that is fairly old, and it is missing, it may have been archived, contact your Intel representative.
To access only quotes that have been archived, do the following:

On the Left Nav, click the View Archived Data link to open the Intel Archive Home Page.

The Left Nav’s Quote List and Customize Quote List links function the same as the live data versions, as do the links in the main area of the page. All views saved in the live data can also be accessed in the archived data version. |

To open an attached file contained in an Archived quote, click the link, then add the following to the end of the URL: &archive= |

To exit from the Intel Archive Home Page and return to the live data pages, on the Left Nav, click the Switch to Live Data link. |
To expand live data searches to include searching archived quotes, do the following:

Locate to the Include Archives check box.

Check the Include Archives box, then click the Search button. |

In the right side of the Quote List, archived quotes are identified by the Archived listing in the Comments column.

The following identifies the amount of time a quote without activity in these statuses are available in live data until they are moved to Archived data:

RFQ marked incomplete by Intel - Disti to complete and resubmit. |

Closed - Budgetary Pricing |
The Disti's request for Budgetary Pricing was actioned by Intel and auto-closed. |

DPQ closed - Disti rejected |
DPQ rejected by Disti. |
3 months |
DPQ closed - Expired |
DPQ was open > 30 days with no approval or rejection by Disti. |
3 months |
DPA closed |
DPA "valid to" date has passed. |
