On the left nav, click the Batch Update DPAs link.

You can update either the quantity or the DPA Expiry Date, or both.

Either enter the data manually or paste it from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, observing the following:

• The RFQ ID column is mandatory and must contain the two digit extension for each line item.

• If Microsoft® Excel® is dropping the zero in extensions such as .10 .20, etc., format the column cells so they contain 2 decimal places. (Select the column, right click, then select Commands and Options. In the Number Format drop down, select Fixed.)

• Entering only the six-digit RFQ ID will produce an extension of .00 and cause an error.

• The Extra Quantity column is used to specify the extra quantity to be added to the line item. It can be left blank if only the DPA Expiry Date is being changed.

• The New DPA Expiry Date column is used to specify a new DPA expiration date for the line item. In addition to the "DD Mmm YYYY" format identified in the column header, it will also accept entries in "DD Mmm YY"and "MM/DD/YY" formats. It can be left blank if only the Extra Quantity is being changed.

Enter the contents into the appropriate cells and Click the Upload button.

• It is possible to reduce the quantity by entering a negative number in the Extra Quantity field. Once approved the approved quantity will be reduced accordingly.

If the upload is successful, a message appears, with links to the updated quotes:

If the update is not successful, messages at the bottom indicate the problem(s). For example, RFQ 276701.02 could not be found, and RFQ 276846.01 was not at the correct status.
