The Quote List is an area of WebQuote where you can:
View the current status of your RFQs
Access your quotes in order to accept, reject or resubmit DPQs
Accept or reject a DPA update.
Search through your quotes using filters
Create and modify views
Import, export and email views
Since you will use the Quote List extensively to review and work on quotes, it makes sense that you utilize the opportunities to customize it, so that it reflects the settings and values that you use most frequently.
Customization options include creating new views for the Quote List, setting sorting priorities, determining the maximum number of items displayed per page and so on. Other than submitting new quotes, most of the activities that you perform within WebQuote will occur within the Quote List. For this reason, you can customize the Quote List to your work style and preferences.
To open the option to Customize Your Quote List page, do the following:
Step | Actions |
1 |
On the left nav, click the Customize Quote List link to open the Customize Your Quote List page. |
To specify the number of lines per page to be displayed in the Quote List, do the following:
Step | Actions |

To specify filters for the Quote List, do the following:
Step | Actions |
1 |
In the Filters section of the Current Search form, select the field/attribute and qualifier, and enter the criteria. For long multiple search term strings, in the Criteria field, add a space after each semicolon (but do not put a semicolon at the end of the search string). This will enable the field (which is scrollable) to wrap.
|
2 |
The default number of filter rows is ten. Add additional filters by clicking the Add button (each click adds a new filter row). Note: You can also set filters in the Quote List page.
