Add Opportunity Page - Multiline Quote
The WebQuote Home Page appears when you log into WebQuote. From the WebQuote Home Page, you can access the functions necessary for performing all WebQuote tasks, including creating, viewing, and approving quotes.

Menu Bar: Identifies the named search currently being used. Other searches are accessible from the drop-down list:

Login/Role Identifier: Identifies the name and role of the user who is logged into WebQuote. |

Quick ID Search: Makes it possible to enter a DPA number, Opportunity ID or RFQ ID and open it directly. |

Log Out Button: Logs out of WebQuote. |

Main Window Links: These five links open the Add Opportunity page for single line quotes, a dialog requesting the number of line items for a new multiline quote, the Quote List, training materials, and the Batch Update DPAs page, respectively. |

Timestamp/Role Identifier: Identifies the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) when the page was opened or last refreshed, as well as the role of the person logged into WebQuote. |

Version Identifier: Identifies the version of WebQuote. |
The Preferences page provides the capability to define and store an Address Book of email addresses for use when creating quotes, set email notifications, and specify other settings. It is accessed from the Preferences link in the left nav.

View/Edit List button: provides the capability to add email addresses to an address book, which can be used to populate the Contact Name and Contact E-Mail fields in the Confirm Disti Information section when creating a quote |

Input Email Addresses: For entering email address to which email notifications whenever a quote enters one or more specified statuses. |

Email Notification Statuses: lists the specific statuses that will cause email notifications to be sent. All are checked as a default. |

Email Notification Frequency: Determines if the email notifications are to be sent immediately or hourly. |

Assign Branches: Provides the capability to assign oneself to a branch or branches. |

Save button: Saves the changes made to the Preferences page. |
The Customize Quote List page provides the capability to create new views for the Quote List, set sorting priorities, determine the maximum number of items displayed per page and so on. Other than submitting new quotes, most of the activities that you perform within WebQuote will occur within the Quote List. For this reason, you can customize the Quote List to your work style and preferences.

Include Archives check box: Provides the capability (by checking the box) to include archived quotes in the search, which can be identified by the Comment field entry of Archived. |

Preview Results button: Displays the current settings of the view in the Quote List. (This does NOT save the settings.) |
The Quote List provides the capability to locate quotes, and includes filtering and sorting functions. Rows are shaded by color according to the corresponding line item's status.

(The VCR-type buttons and the page number indicator are also displayed beneath the list.) |

The Add Opportunity page is used by Disti and FSE users to create and submit RFQs. The single line Add Opportunity page is accessed via the Add Quote link in the left nav.

The Batch Update DPAs page provides Geo Approver and Disti users with the capability to update the quantity and/or DPA Expiry Date for up to 500 quote line items that are in the DPQ open - Pending Intel review >and DPA open - Created in SAP statuses all at once. The information may be copied directly into the form, or pasted from a Microsoft® Excel®l spreadsheet. It is possible to request an update to the quantity, DPA Expiry Date, or both.
